Dr. Adams was born and raised right here in Anchorage. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alaska in 1985. After a brief professional basketball career in Europe, he returned to the United States and graduated from the University of Washington in 1990. After attending the graduate program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Mayo clinic from 1990 to 1994, he returned to Anchorage and started his medical practice career. Dr. Adams is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and specializes in high-risk obstetrics, fertility and minimally invasive surgery.

He currently resides here in Anchorage with his lovely wife of sixteen years, Shaunna, and their three beautiful children. His hobbies include flying, working on his cabin, coaching basketball, hunting and fishing.
